• In May the third generation of The Brooklyn Mirage was revealed. An epic 200 foot wide, 30 foot high video wall is featured at the heart of the venue. The new installation empowers visual artists to create real-time generated visuals and hyper-realistic environments.

  • New York officials declare it safe to gather for events and Avant Gardner reopens with a 5-day series of sold out events over 4th of July weekend at The Brooklyn Mirage including Cityfox: Regenerate, Black Coffee and Rezz.

  • After a highly successful series of summer events in The Brooklyn Mirage in 2017, the indoor portion of Avant Gardner opens on New Year’s Eve 2018 for the first-ever 27-hour Cityfox: Odyssey marathon event.

    Throughout these years, Avant Gardner begins holding events across its three spaces, The Brooklyn Mirage, The Great Hall, and The Kings Hall. In its entirety, the venue is the largest standing room entertainment complex in North America, and is Brooklyn’s second biggest entertainment venue.

    From the start of 2017 through early 2020, Avant Gardner together with The Brooklyn Mirage become iconic entities amongst the live music industry with its 360 open-air concept and unrivaled production.

  • The team behind Cityfox builds the venue Avant Gardner on a block-sized lot in East Williamsburg, the new home of the seasonal Brooklyn Mirage concept (second Mirage generation) and begins construction on additional permanent structures.

    The year also sees Cityfox extend out to the west coast for a multi-stage event in Los Angeles.

    Regularly hosting events throughout New York City, Cityfox is bringing artists such as Adriatique, Maceo Plex, Mano Le Tough, Solomun, Tale Of Us and many more for immersive warehouse experiences which felt like the perfect nightclub built for one night only.

  • Cityfox Records enters the New York underground with its first US label showcase after connecting with new friends in the underground dance music scene, such as the Wolf & Lamb (Marcy Hotel) and Blkmarket crews.
